Usage Guidelines

1. Installation Suggestions:
(1) Equipment Cleaning: Thoroughly remove oil stains, impurities, and grain debris from the conveying equipment.
(2) Size Verification: Confirm that the conveyor belt specifications match the equipment, and check the parameters of rollers and idlers.
(3) Joint Treatment: Ensure mechanical joints are firm and uniform; strictly control the process for vulcanized / cold-bonded joints to ensure joint strength and flat surface.
(4) Tension Adjustment: Adjust with a tensioner so that the sag of the middle part of the conveyor belt is ≤ 2% of the distance between two idlers.
(5) Calibration and Alignment: Ensure that the axes of the rollers and idlers are perpendicular to the conveyor belt's center line to prevent deviation.

2. Maintenance Suggestions:
(1) Cleaning: Immediately clean residual grain and stains after use, wash with food-grade detergent, and air dry.
(2) Operation Check: Observe for deviation, slipping, or abnormal noises, and promptly stop and handle any abnormalities.
(3) Wear Detection: Weekly check the wear of the cover rubber; if wear exceeds 50%, repair or replace promptly.
(4) Component Maintenance: Lubricate rollers and idlers monthly with food-grade lubricant, and check rotational flexibility.
(5) Performance Testing: Quarterly spot check performance such as tensile strength and anti-adhesion; promptly address any decline in performance.
